The Network of Choice and Opportunity is a partnership between Catholic Charities, Living Resources, and Wildwood Programs. Each agency is a provider of services to people with disabilities in the Capital Region of New York State.

The mission of the Network for Choice and Opportunity is to promote choice of services and programs that address the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and of their families. The collaborative effort will protect the individuality and uniqueness of each organization, while accessing and combining resouces to expand each organizations services.
